So suffice to say, this isn't exactly a 'beginners' toy, but I'll tell you this, the vibration on this thing will have squirming. The suction cup holds really well which is important because when you start to ride this thing you don't want it coming loose. The only thing I didn't like about it was that there is zero give and it's hard and stiff like a metal rod which some may like but I personally didn't.
